Who we fund
Five kinds of retail and commerce business, each with a different cash cycle. We underwrite every channel you sell on — marketplace settlements, gateway deposits, card settlements and cash all count the same.
Amazon & marketplace sellers · Shopify & DTC brands · Brick-and-mortar retail · Wholesale & distribution · Subscription & replenishment
Amazon & marketplace sellers
FBA and FBM sellers on Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay and Target+. We count marketplace settlements as deposits and we do not require your inventory as collateral.
Typical file: 3+ years selling, $80,000–$300,000 a month in settlements, funding a Q3 inventory buy against a Q4 sell-through.
Shopify & DTC brands
Direct-to-consumer brands on Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce or a custom stack. Every gateway counts — Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, Affirm, Shop Pay Installments.
Typical file: 2–6 years trading, $50,000–$250,000 a month, funding media spend ahead of a launch or a container deposit.
Brick-and-mortar retail
Single-store and small-chain retail: apparel, home, specialty food, garden, pet, sporting goods, gift. Card settlements and cash deposits both count.
Typical file: 4+ years at the location, $40,000–$200,000 a month, funding a seasonal buy, a remodel or a second location.
Wholesale & distribution
Distributors and wholesalers shipping to retailers on net-30 to net-90 terms. This is where invoice factoring usually beats an advance.
Typical file: 5+ years, $100,000–$1,000,000 a month, funding the receivables gap between shipment and payment.
Subscription & replenishment
Subscription boxes, replenishment and membership commerce. Predictable recurring revenue underwrites well and usually prices near the bottom of our range.
Typical file: 2+ years, $30,000–$200,000 a month in recurring billings, funding inventory ahead of a cohort step-up.
