Shelfline Capital · Line of Credit
Business line of credit for retail and e-commerce — $10,000 to $1,000,000
A revolving facility for operators who buy inventory repeatedly on an unpredictable schedule. You pay for what you draw, not for what you have available.

What retail and e-commerce operators use it for
- Recurring inventory cycles with no fixed calendar
- Opportunistic buys when a supplier discounts stock
- Covering a deposit now and the balance at shipment
- Smoothing a marketplace reserve or settlement hold
- Topping up ahead of a peak season without a new application each time
Worked example
A seller opens a $300,000 line. In August they draw $120,000 for a production deposit and repay it in October as the first container sells through. In October they draw $180,000 for the balance and duty, and repay across November and December. They paid interest on the drawn balance for the days it was outstanding and nothing at all for the months the line sat unused.

Line of Credit — questions
Do I pay anything when the line is not drawn?
No. There is no maintenance fee and no unused-line fee.
How fast is a draw once the line is open?
Same business day on requests before 2:00pm ET.
Can the line be reduced without notice?
No. Your limit is set at origination and reviewed on a schedule you are told about in advance.
Can I have a line and working capital at the same time?
Yes, and it is a common structure. Your underwriter will tell you whether the arithmetic supports both.
Is there a seasonal option?
Yes. We will write a step-down into the agreement so the heavy repayment months land when your revenue does.
